Founder & Lead StylistHi, I’m Paula, founder of Be-Glam Hair Boutique.
Originally from Columbia, I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 15 years, and my passion has always been color. I love creating looks that feel effortless, beautiful and easy to maintain- hair that truly fits your lifestyle.
I am also a mom of three, and family means everything to me. I love spending time with my kids, my husband and enjoying simple moments like being in nature, creating and surrounding myself with art.
For me, it’s always about the connection. I created Be-Glam as a space where you can feel safe, relaxed and completely at home- a place to unwind while we care of you and bring your vision to life.

Hi, I’m Ashley, your stylist and your safe space.
I’m inspired everyday by my love for coffee, fashion and self-expression, and I bring that creativity into everything I do behind the chair. I truly believe that when you look good, you feel good.
With over a year behind the chair, I’m deeply passionate about growing in my craft, learning new techniques and creating looks that feel like you.
When I’m not at the salon, I enjoy slow moments and finding inspiration in my everyday life, which I bring into my work.
My goal is to create an experience where you can relax, open up and just be yourself, whether we’re talking, laughing or enjoying a quiet moment together.

Hi, I’m Elvia, your future hairstylist.
I’m 21 years old, from Ecuador and currently growing and learning everyday in the beauty industry. I’m passionate about hair treatments and blowouts and I love helping clients feel relaxed, confident and cared for.
I’m known for giving the best relaxing scalp massages.
I love music, matcha, traveling and I’m also a big cat lover.
My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable, can unwind and enjoy a moment just for you. I can’t wait to take care of you.
